The establishment process of the center began on the 26th of May 2004, when three SRA sisters established a center in Wada, a backward area of Thane District of that time of Maharashtra.
Navjeevan School offers hostel facilities to both boys and girls which belong to very poor families or come from far off villages. Generally all children in the hostel are differently able.
Our mission is to integrate the children with Hearing impairment in to mainstream schools so that they can claim their rightful place as equal citizen in future and return contribution to our society.
Empowering hearing impairment to use their innate capacities to reach an optimum level of independence both personally and professionally, thus transforming them.
Outreach services:Through our outreach services, we reach out to children of far off villages in surrounding districts of Palghar. Our outreach team examines the children and takes remedial measures for needed audiometric appliances as well as to bring them into the rehabilitation process.
